The 2023 GORVING "Rock" Festival, hosted by Chungju City and KRVIA and sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Korea Transport Safety Corporation, will be held at Mokgye Solbat Campground for three days from May 12, 2023. The festival, which was hosted by KRVIA every year before the COVID-19 distancing was implemented, is expected to be the first national event held as Mokgye Solbat Camping Site was reborn as an official camping site with Chungju's efforts.

To match the title of the rock festival, top Korean rock bands such as Ragebone, Yuk Joong-wan Band, and No Brain will attend a variety of events, including high-quality performances by Mole, Chungju's leading samulnori team, outdoor RV exhibitions, three-way markets, air bounce for children, face painting, and magic shows.
